PROJECT 4: MUG

Materials:

• White Ceramic Mug

• Oil based paint marker

Step 1: Find a mug of your choice for this project. You don’t have to stick with a white mug. Colored mugs are great too!

Step 2: Before writing on the mug, I suggest practicing on a piece of paper first with the same marker to get your hand warmed up!

Step 3: Once you feel ready, find your spot where you want to write your designs!

Step 4: Let your design dry before you put it in the oven!

Step 5: Once it’s all dried up place your mug in the middle of your oven and then turn the oven on to 350 degrees. Make sure you leave the mug in the oven while it’s preheating. Keep it in there for 30 minutes, then turn the oven off and let it cool off completely before taking it out!

Step 6: You’re done! Make sure to gently hand wash your new design mug to preserve the design.
